Types of the identity of the criminal insider

In this article the author has performed the analysis of the identity of the criminal insider, and also the corresponding types of the identity of the criminal insider are revealed. As a result of the conducted research the following types of the identity of the criminal - the insider, namely situational, manipulated, offended, sovmestitelstvuyushchy and implemented have been formulated. By the author of research it has been established that these persons have rather high education level and intelligence as work within the organized market, and also a certain living position which differs from the law-abiding citizen of society. Besides, it has been revealed that there is a possible complexity in case of the choice of actions which will aim at the prevention of crimes in the sphere of insider activities.
